This is a very busy place. My family and I were on the way back to the Bay Area when we searched this place up on yelp. We decided to come here early morning and of course there is a line at the door. We had to wait maybe 40-45 minutes for a table 3. We were seated outside. Our hostess was very attentive and the food was great. We love the kid combo! especially for my 3 year old who loved the fancy box! Everything we ordered taste amazing. We would come back here again !

OMG i can't believe i just discovered them!!!! Everything we got was so yummy. My favorite was the branzino. The cook was perfect and the fish meat was very juicy and tasty! The next thing i would recommend is the tom yum kha seafood pasta! The creamy sauce really taste like the soup and the seafood adds more flavor! Their salted vietnamese coffee was strong and creamy!!! will definitely be back

I'm from San Jose (Bay area) and even 336 miles can't keep me away from nep. I don't check in every time I go, so I don't even remember how many times I have gone. This place is probably my favorite modern Asian restaurant in california and I want to be buried under it when I die. The Dao 1000000/10- just get it. All the coffee 100000/10- gives me anxiety from how strong they are, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Banh mi chao 1000/10, I can feel my blood pressure rise a little when eating this but yolo. Sticky rice 10000/10, my mother could never. Pork jowl 10000000/10, my birthday wish is for this to come back to the menu. The menu is always changing, but I think I've literally enjoyed everything else besides the Szechuan noodles (?) that were knife cut/looked like squiggly lines. They're not on the menu currently and that's a-ok with me, but please the pork jowl. Service is always great, it's cute inside, and I always recommend this place to my friends visiting SoCal.

yum yum yum! I feel like this place has been hyped up for so long, so im so glad I got to try. The vibe was so cute and the bathroom was decent. We also got free calamansi white peach mocktails for checking in on yelp, so don't forget to do that! I got the garlic noodles (1) and charlie got the lemongrass tofu with sticky rice (2). The noodles were ooey gooey and the prawns that it came with were hugee. The sticky rice on the side with the tofu was so interesting, but keep in mind that the dish is more on the sweet side. Both dishes came fairly quick and I love how the kitchen is an open concept. Also, the serving size was AMAZING for the price. Both dishes I got don't look like a huge serving size, but they were both large enough that I had leftovers enough for 2 more meals!

I had waited to try Nep Cafe and it was worth the wait. If you're willing to save some money to treat your good friends and family out it's a nice treat. Servers were friendly and happy to provide recommendations. Crab toast was phenomenal 5/5! So flavorful, and easy to share family style if you wanna try that. Banh mi chao is nice and savory. Eggs, tomato, baguette. Filet mignon is a great touch. Ceviche was really good too! Nice on the cracker it is served with. So many great brunch drinks. Coffees aplenty. We were sat outside in the shade which was nice during summer. The breeze felt greaT. Delish!

Food: This spot serves fusion food bursting with flavors while keeping the classic essence of the dish. We tried the chicken wings, liver mousse, and beef carpaccio for appetizers and they were all really good. For mains, the fried rice was really the star with beef tongue. Don't forget to use the aioli to add even more flavor. The seafood pasta was zesty and packed with seafood. Service: Good service with constant check ins. Scan the QR code for the menu. Ambiance: Great chill place to hang out with friends

The best Pate I've ever had since Vietnam! The portion can be a lot bigger though... in true Vietnamese fashion.
